Automatic belt feeder for cutting paper rolls

Automatic belt feeder for cutting paper rolls is a specialized device adapted to cooperate with a band saw to cut uniform rolls of paper into smaller pieces. PTP-280 feeder is fully automatic device regarding to cutting one „logo” (bale of material).

After placing the “logo” on the feeder and pressing START the device start its cycle set on the operator panel. The cycle begins with the first phase of reconnaissance edge of the paper and cut waste material. Next cycles cut “logo” on the set pieces. After the cycle feeder stops in the initial position, resets the cycle counter and waits for loading the next batch of paper.
